On 28-29 January 2019 a workshop on noninfectious epidemiology «On conducting biomedical research: epidemiological aspects and study design», organized by the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission, is conducted on the basis of the republican unitary enterprise «Scientific practical centre of hygiene» with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus for specialists-researchers under the age of 35 (young scientists). The event will be attended by specialists of our Centre, health organizations, scientific medical organizations, state educational institutions, providing training for specialists with higher medical education.
The aim of the workshop is to provide advice and guidance so as to support and strengthen the participant's knowledge on the subject of EU best practice in conducting and interpreting biomedical studies from an epidemiological perspective. This is to be achieved through a mixture of presentations and group work for the participants coordinated by the EU experts:
