State registration

A state registration certificate is a document which certifies that a product (substance, material, instrument, equipment) conforms to all sanitary and hygienic regulations on the territory of member-states of The Eurasian Economic Union (the Union).

For what purpose you need a state registration certificate?

  • for selling products on the territory of the Union;
  • for passing through boundary of the territory of the Union;
  • for customs clearance of products on the territory of the Union.

Products are subject to state registration when they are:

  • entered the customs territory of the Union for the first time;
  • produced on the territory of the Union for the first time and included in list of products (goods), subject to the state registration. List of products is represented in the Section II of Decision of the Customs Union Commission of 28 May 2010 №.299.

Who can be the applicant for state registration?

  • The manufacturer (producer) of products – in case the goods were produced on the customs territory of the Union;
  • The manufacturer (producer) or supplier (importer) of products - in case the goods were produced outside the customs territory of the Union.

Is it possible to avoid the procedure of state registration?

You can avoid an issue procedure of a state registration certificate if your products were already registered previously on the territory of the Union and are included in the Unified Register of state registration certificates.

For obtaining a state registration certificate the Centre conducts laboratory studies of products for the purpose of selling products on the customs territory of the Union.

We conduct laboratory studies for the compliance with the Unified sanitary, epidemiological and hygienic requirements to the goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), Technical regulations of the Union.

We have the widest field of accreditation in the Republic of Belarus in the area of safety indicators studies.

The final price of works is calculated after the analysis of submitted documents and definition of the scope of studies.

Terms of works performance – less than 30 working days since getting samples by the executor.

The results of testing are registered in the Report of studies (testing).
