ServicesThe 17th International Scientific Conference «Sakharov Readings of 2017: Environmental Problems of the 21st Century»
will be held on 18-19 May 2017.
The main goal of the event is to coordinate the efforts of key scientists and experts from different countries, university lecturers and students to assess the impact of technological progress on human beings and nature, and develop measures to reduce the negative impact of the anthropogenic factor on the environment. Within the framework of the conference, scientists will discuss topical social and environmental issues, will pay attention to issues in the field of medical ecology, bio- and agroecology, bioindication. Regional ecological problems, IT-technologies in ecology and public health will be considered.
A round table on bioethics and human rights in environmental medicine is also planned in the context of the main provisions of the Oviedo Convention.
The event will bring together about 400 representatives from 17 countries of the world, including Russia, Germany, the United States.
